Webinar Recording
Originally Presented: August 17, 2016 by Chris Trahan Cain, Deputy Director, CPWR

In March 2016, OSHA released its final silica rule or standard known as a permissible exposure limit (PEL). Decades in the making and years under the regulatory review process, the final rule provides some relief for employers who utilize various types of engineering controls on equipment that abrades aggregate or other silica bearing materials. Attendees will learn about how the rule impacts the road paving industry.
